Metro South Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation is proud to present the 2024 Reginald McCrary Scholarship to 3 outstanding students! Jade Richardson, daughter of Alan and Ming Richardson, Maximum One REALTOR® Partners, graduated from Eagles Landing Christian Academy with a 4.41 GPA. She plans to study architecture at Georgia Tech. Mallory Crow, daughter of Hannah Crow, Sweet Realty, graduated from Strong Rock Christian School with a 4.5 GPA. She will be studying nursing at Liberty University. Brody Bush, son of Bryan Bush, Century 21 Crowe Realty, graduated from Piedmont Academy with a 4.04 GPA. He will be attending The University of Florida and plans to study architecture, as well. We are so proud of our recipients and can't wait to see the awesome things they do!
About the Scholarship:
Each year, the MSAR Education Foundation, through Metro South Association of REALTORS®, awards 2-3 scholarships to students who are directly related to REALTOR® members of our association. The recipients maintain at least a "B" average, demonstrate leadership in school and/or community involvement, and must have applied for or been accepted to an accredited college or university OR enrolled in a vocational-based technical institution.
Reginald McCrary, the late husband of MSAR's 2003 President, Sandra McCrary, and father of Robin Brake, was a United States Air Force Veteran and pilot for Delta Airlines. After he retired from Delta, Reginald got his real estate license and become deeply involved at MSAR. He served on the Million Dollar Club Committee (now called Circle of Excellence) and was a Treasurer for MSAR. Reginald and Sandra's work within our Association and the real estate community can be seen in our organization's structure and the passion of our volunteers. After Reginald's unexpected passing in 2016, MSAR's Education Foundation dedicated this scholarship to his legacy.
