  • The GAR Forms Committee provides contract forms to all GAR members. These agreements are the gold standard of Georgia real estate and are relentlessly vetted by GAR's legal counsel and staff.

A Brief History

Metro South Association of REALTORS® (MSAR) is in Clayton County, Georgia. MSAR received its charter on April 28, 1957, as Clayton-Henry Board of REALTORS ®, Inc. A month later May 28, 1957, it was renamed Clayton County Board of REALTORS®. The association became a Non-Profit Corporation on August 14, 1978. Metro South has been in business for over 60 years. The Association jurisdiction consists of Clayton, Henry, and Butts County.
