Pay 2024 Dues
MSAR has postponed all late fees until January 31, 2024!
Being in business can be expensive and we know that adjusting to our new back-office system hasn't been easy. This year, we have decided to give all unpaid members until 1/31/2024 to pay their 2024 dues without a late fee. We exist to empower our members. We hope this helps you to kick start a fantastic and prosperous 2024!
- All invoices for Membership Dues were sent out on September 22, 2023 from membership@msarboard.com.
- Please let us know if you need your invoice sent to you again.
- All dues must be paid on or before January 31st, 2024. This helps MSAR to properly allocate funds to provide the best possible benefits in 2024.
- Members who have not paid 2024 dues by January 31, 2024 will be assessed a $50 late fee.
- Members who remain unpaid after February 29, 2024 will be subject to deactivation and a reinstatement fee.
Payment by App or Membership Login
Online Payment Without Loggin In
- You may also pay online via credit or debit card simply by clicking the link to our secure payment portal on the invoice. You do not need a login to pay your dues this way. To have your invoice resent to you, call 770-477-7579 or email membership@msarboard.com.
Payment Over the Phone
- You may pay by calling our office at 770-477-7579 and giving your card information over the phone.
Payment by Check
- Lastly, we accept payments via check. You may mail or bring your check to our office at 1671 Adamson Parkway, Suite 100, Morrow, GA 30260. Checks should be made out to Metro South Association of REALTORS.
- When paying by check, please deduct the $5.00 credit card processing fee from your payment.
- All checks must be postmarked by 1/31/2024.
